Keep your responses brief. Video and audio answers should take no longer than three minutes each. Text answer should consist of a few sentences only.
You have unlimited retakes available for video and audio questions. But remember that your production quality (camera, microphone, setting, environment etc.) has zero effect on our decision to hire you. We only want to see how you will respond to these questions, so keep it simple and do not stress over how you or your surroundings may look.

How long does the recruitment process take?
We intend to assess all applicant reactions within seven days and report back to you the following week. If you are chosen as the ideal candidate, you should receive a job offer within seven days of your final interview.
What is the next step after receiving the job offer?
The next step after receiving the job offer is to formally accept the offer. If accepted, you will then be provided with further details such as the start date, salary and any other terms and conditions associated with the job.
